Chengda Pack Industry (Qingdao) Co., Ltd designs and produces custom PP woven bags for agricultural, food, chemical and industrial packaging. Every bag is woven from 100% virgin polypropylene resin on our own circular looms in Qingdao, China, then laminated, printed and sewn in-house - so you deal with the factory, not a trading company, and you control cost, quality and lead time at source.
Available as plain (unlaminated), PE-coated or BOPP film-laminated sacks, in any size and fabric weight matched to your filling load, from retail-ready color-printed bags to heavy-duty industrial sacks.
KEY FEATURES
- 100% virgin PP resin - no recycled material. Higher tensile strength, no odor, slower ageing and a longer service life than recycled-resin bags.
- Fully integrated production - tape extrusion, circular weaving, lamination, printing, cutting, sewing and QC all under one roof, so specifications stay consistent batch to batch.
- Custom size, GSM and construction - matched to your filling weight, stacking height and handling method.
- Full-color printing - 1 to 8 colors, flexographic or gravure, LOGO, brand artwork, product information and handling marks.
- Moisture and sift protection - optional PE inner liner or coated fabric to block moisture and stop fine powders from leaking.
- UV stabilization - UV stabilizer added as standard; the fabric retains more than 80% of its strength after 200-300 hours of outdoor exposure, with higher UV grades available on request.

It is used for bags because it is strong, flexible, and can be made transparent. Polypropylene bags are manufactured for a variety of uses. Polypropylene is used for bags less commonly than polyethylene, another plastic polymer and the most frequently used material for disposable plastic bags and packaging, but is superior to polyethylene for bags that are meant to be reused.
