PP Woven Fabric Roll is made of polypropylene, polypropylene flat yarn as its raw material. It is composed of two sets of parallel yarns (the shape of which is flat wire). One group is called warp yarn along the longitudinal direction of the loom (the direction of the fabric). The horizontal loop is called weft yarn. Different warp and weft yarns are interwoven and woven into cloths with different weaving equipment and processes, which can be braided into different thicknesses and densities according to different application ranges. Generally, the weaved fabric have relatively strong tensile strength in both the transverse and transverse directions, and also with good stability. Sufficient strength and elongation are maintained in both wet and dry conditions.
Use of PP Woven Fabric Roll
Woven bag rolls, which are essentially continuous rolls of woven polypropylene fabric, have a wide range of applications due to their versatility and durability. Here are some common applications for woven bag rolls:
Packaging: Woven bag rolls are widely used in the packaging industry for producing individual bags of different sizes and shapes. They can be easily cut, sealed, and stitched to create bags suitable for various products such as grains, seeds, animal feed, fertilizer, chemicals, construction materials, and more.
Bulk bag manufacturing: Woven bag rolls are used as the base material for manufacturing bulk bags, also known as flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) or big bags. These large bags, often used for handling and transporting bulk quantities of goods, require durable and strong materials, making woven bag rolls an ideal choice.
Geotextiles: Woven bag rolls can be transformed into geotextiles, which are permeable fabrics used in civil engineering and construction projects. Geotextiles provide soil stabilization, erosion control, drainage, separation, filtration, and reinforcement functionalities. Applications include road construction, embankment reinforcement, coastal protection, landfills, and landscaping.
Silt fences: Woven bag rolls can be used to create silt fences, which are barriers installed in construction sites or agricultural areas to prevent sediment runoff into nearby water bodies. The tightly woven fabric acts as a filter, allowing water to pass through while trapping sediment particles.
Agricultural use: Woven bag rolls find applications in agriculture beyond packaging. They can be utilized as ground covers, shade nets, or tunnel covers to protect crops from weeds, excessive sunlight, pests, and adverse weather conditions.
Industrial applications: The strength and durability of woven bag rolls make them suitable for various industrial applications. For example, they can be used as protective covers for machinery, equipment, or vehicles during transportation or storage. They can also serve as windbreakers or containment barriers in construction sites or industrial facilities.
These are just a few examples of the diverse applications of woven bag rolls. Their versatility, strength, and cost-effectiveness make them a popular choice across industries where reliable and durable packaging or fabric solutions are required.
